All caught up. It has been a crazy June. Well entire year has been crazy. I have been cleaning at my dad’s house. We have a roofer coming in to replace it and put in gutters and downspouts. We got two cars out of his drive way. We have a tree removal coming in two weeks for a huge maple to be taken out by crane. We had bids from $21000.00 to $5400.00. yes we took the low bid all the others were over $10 K .

I have been putting 10 hours of work either at my dads or here at my house or at our MG gardens. I have ramped up my veggie garden so aI can preserve produce this year with canning. I think we are going to need it. Our Covid numbers are flaring again because of bars. They just shut them down here and mandated a one week sheltering in again. Masks are no longer a question in PA, they are mandated although I am still seeing people without them.

Please put me in for 150 this month. I will up it if things stay healthy for me.

    July 1: 10 miles walking
    July 2: 10 miles walking
    July 3: 9 miles walking
    TTD 28 miles

    Welcome @cmvt4 !

Happy 4th of July. We are having a low key day - hurray!

@clepant - stay safe there and get some rest. I wish we could all be on a COVID free island like @Leanz.
@sussexbythesea and @2essie - will you be going to the pubs today? (I meant that as a joke but who knows - I don't judge).

Managed to get a short walk in today between showers. Couldn’t get motivated to do my Saturday morning run.

@clepant - bars opened here today. Our illustrious leader believes people will show good sense. What strange times we live in.

    Welcome @cmvt4

welcome to cmvt4!!! this is an awesome group!!!
My 4th of July day was spent repairing some windows on a storage shed, walking 3.5 miles & painting a LARGE oak pallet into the US flag!!! I will try to post a pic of it. Lot's of measuring but it turned out great! I did this in 89* temperature. Tomorrow I MUST clean my house & do laundry. It sure has been quiet without my 2 sons & 3 grandsons around!!! LOVE it!!! LOL

6.1 miles between today and another day I forgot to log. This house selling/buying stuff is destroying my brain cells. Tomorrow is the inspection of my home, so I'm going to try to stuff the cat into her carrier and leave her at the vet for the morning and part of the afternoon. I'm trying to give her meds for anxiety but the herbal stuff did nothing and it's hard to get the prescription stuff in food because it smells terrible. I'm going to stress about it once she's there, hoping she doesn't think I abandoned her. Mother's guilt?
