@BMcC9, well you got that compliment from the old guy who will be 70 in August!2

Exercise: more than 3 hours of outside activity with children and horses. At least 3 hours of walking and leading horses. But, I did actually get to ride in the full moon light late in the evening. It was beautiful!
Calories: well under my limit
Tracking: good7 -
Exercise? A nice two mile walk
Calories? Yep! 600 under 😎
Tracked? Yes! Starting to become more conscious of my food habits2 -
Exercise - Yes, but not happy about it! Tried to go for a run several times today but every time I was headed out the door... thunder! I'll run in the rain, but I won't risk a lightning strike; that meant no outdoor activities today. I reluctantly did an upper body weightlifting workout right before bed, just so I wouldn't have to admit defeat here. Being in the UAC has changed my behavior yet again today!
Tracked - Yes
Calories - Yes, just barely! Ate an unusually hearty breakfast in anticipation of a run that never happened, so had to cut back a bit later in the day. It all worked out.
I'm setting a forgivable goal of not using pass days this weekend. It will be tough! My plan is to bank some extra calories with exercise, eat back about half of them, and take it easy on myself if I change my mind and decide to use a pass day instead. It's a holiday weekend, after all, here in USA.

Pass day! I kind of thought it might go that way as it’s my wedding anniversary. We don’t normally celebrate it much (we’ve been known to both forget it some years!!). But lockdown is so boring it was fun to celebrate and ended up having some impromptu drinks with friends before my husband cooked a lovely steak dinner. But....although I didn’t track properly once I got to dinner, this was nothing like my previous UAC days. I did lots of exercise and ate really well during the day. Just had a glass or two of wine too much, my steak was a bit big, and then a couple of after dinner chocolates. Lovely evening though! Shame to use a pass day so early in the month but hey ho.3

Yes x 3, with a wet evening walk for my exercise. Struggled a bit with eating because I was tired and just wanted to snack all day, but I just managed to stay under my goal, so that’s a win. Trying for early nights (and no evening screen time) at the moment, so think I’ll be checking in the morning after if that’s ok.5

Yes, yes, yes

@katiecan2019, Happy Anniversary!! A really excellent reason to celebrate and to use a Pass Day!!2

From yesterday exercised plenty of curb appeal yard work logged and made it2

@katiecan2019 sounds like quite a lovely anniversary celebeation. Those are the ones I like the best. The beauty of this challenge is you can live well and decide when to take a break and relax. It sounds like you were mindful of your intake alrhough going a bit over. Take that as a win. Deprivation takes you out of the game.4
