Monday afternoon here in Sydney, Australia, so I have the dreaded honor of being the first to post.
SW: 242.7 (2 December 2019)
GW: 151
LW: 233.2
CW: 230.2
Variance: -3
It’s not a sprint it’s a marathon, but I really want to break below 230 for next week.2 -
SW=210.4
GW=190 (best for maintenance)
LW = 210.0
CW= 209.6

Added some more walking and decided to start doing some kettlebells. I still need to work on the eating -- I was doing well, but the holiday food was too hard to pass up this past weekend.1 -

Last week I logged food one day. I have experience that logging daily and results work in tandem. Once is not enough. I'm looking forward to running more, and lifting the 'I can't run' depression. There are plenty of other things to be concerned with, I'm happy that a running injury is no longer one of them.2 -

After a long week vacation and TOM, I'm home and the gain was expected. But, playtime is over and I'm ready and motivated to get back on track! By the time I'm 40, I want to be at my goal weight. That's 2 years away - super doable, but need to DO it.1 -

Have upped my cals from 1800 to 2100 again to try and find some balance again. Weight coming back down from initial spike....fingers crossed.
