For the next few days, I will be camping with my children and grandchildren. We will all be together but we will always be outside in natural ventilation. I'm comfortable observing physical distancing outside. Lucky me, we are celebrating that I will soon reach 70 years of age (August 13). We had planned a much more exciting venue, but due to the current circumstances, we are going camping.
I am going to post the next few days as I will be in a place with no Wi-Fi.

By the way, tomorrow is Bastille Day in France! That is there independence day celebration. I asked @Chinkiri to give us an insider's understanding of what Bastille Day means to the French people8

Morning run, evening zoom Jiu Jitsu and yoga for BJJ. I loved yoga before lockdown but finding the sports specific version is so awesome. Plus the instructor is funny which really helps. The animals did try and get involved tonight so it wasn't super focused but still got it done.
Chilled day otherwise which included my telephonic consultation for my 1 year post kidney donation. As my results showed on Friday, all good on that front! Oh, except for carrying 3 large (25kg) bags of wood into the house for the parentals. One of the reasons we live on the same property is so I can do things like this for them.
Freezing day here and tomorrow will be worse. Glad I'm not working though!

Three yeses for me....pleased to be back to doing well. Exercise was 50 mins yoga, 50 mins dog walking and my first “run” since November. It was more of a jog / walk but I’m coming back from injury so got to start gently. Very pleased to not feel any niggles tonight and looking forward to my next run 😀😀.10

Yesx3 day. Stayed just under budget. 30 mins running in the yard blowing bubbles with my son. Also 20 min cardio class at home. Happy camping Rick! I’ve never camped. I am scared of anything living that moves other than humans 🤦♀️.8

8 minutes /trying/ to do HIIT, then 22 minutes yoga & 30 minutes cleaning
Was reeeeaallly not feeling up to working out today, and I must've pulled something in my leg when doing a warm up for a HIIT workout that I found myself very uncomfortable doing certain moves that the workout had to end super early, but instead of quitting completely I figured the best thing to do that could both get my daily activity in AND stretch out my legs was another yoga session this time I freestyled it while listening to my favorite music until I no longer felt like I had much energy for anything else. But after that I did some deep cleaning in one of the rooms for 30 minutes that also gave me a good burn so that helped a lot!
Hoping the weather tomorrow can stay nice enough to have a walk, but if not I think I'll try to resume my strength workouts. It's been a couple months but I miss having muscles so let's just get it over with! 💪9 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, about 30 minutes gardening. This was a much-needed rest day for me. I spent most of the day reading, writing, and drinking good coffee.

Well under. Had a successful bike ride to the hardware store which had restocked the sparkling water carbonators. Did a 25 min bodyweight workout. Then went on a walk that ended up being almost 2 hr while my husband and I explored a new neighborhood. Ended with 20k steps.9 -

@juliemouse83 You have my greatest sympathy. Good luck with the job search -- even though this is not the best time to be looking, you never know. I'll be thinking about you and practicing gratitude when I'm at my hell job tomorrow.
