Thanks! I know it's mostly water because no junk food means less sodium. So I know not to get dispondent if it goes up again. As long as the trend is down I'm happy.1 -

My goal is to loose 10lbs total by 7/31
I'm going on vacation then and hopefully I can stick to my calorie intake and exercise plan.2 -

20/07: 130.5
A loss of .3kg, less that 1lb.
I knew my loss would slow in week 2. I was surprised I lost anything at all given the first week. My weight can fluctuate by 1kg a day quite easily.
So this week I feel like I've consolidated the loss of the first week and that weight is now gone for good.
Quite happy with progress so far - a total of 3.2kg (approx 7lbs).
Hope you all have good results this week.

I'm not expecting to see big differences week to week, but hopefully sharing will keep me trying!
