    Exercise: yes (walking)

    Today was a pretty good day, I’m trying out something new with intermittent fasting and so far it’s going great the past two days I have been under my calories and I haven’t been super hungry at all I’m super excited 😊

    I’ve kind of been MIA super busy but I have been pretty good with my logging! 🥳

    Calories: way over
    Exercise: sort of

    I had a long strenuous work day and agreed to spouses pizza request for dinner. Needless to say I ate 2700 calories today which is almost 1100 over target. I didn’t want to track but reminded myself that tracking is what keeps me mindful and accountable. There will be days like this in the long haul. I used to eat pizza like this once a week and now it’s maybe 4 times a year. This is what balance is all about.

    Talking about challenges, does anyone else have a fitbit? I'd love to have some more friends for friendly competition and motivation.

    @liveyenna

    I'll join you on Fitbit! I love the challenges but it seems most of my friends have stopped wearing theirs so I have no one to compete with! My username is: Amelia D.

    @AmyG1982 & @ajdvegan awesome! I'll try to add you both, I kinda forgot how to do that but I'll figure it out.
    Edit: I believe I have sent you both a friend request!

    Also kind of a silly question considering I have been tracking my food for over 5 months... I hope one of you guys knows the answer. When tracking my meals, should I use the weight of the raw product or should I use the weight for the prepared food? Today I noticed that when I prepare my steak it goes from 170gr to 150gr. (Tracking is also very tricky on pasta btw! But I have that one figured out by now because in the database it says "unprepared whole-wheat pasta".)

    I don’t really weigh my food but I believe for meat you do the finished product so you’re not counting the juices that left during the cooking process. Pasta I do uncooked lol

    @ajdvegan I believe it's just Eve but I'm not sure, I'll check soon on my phone. The battery is dead right now oops.

    I'm glad I was under my calorie goal even if I had a cheat meal (boyfriend really wanted to order from the burger place). A small non-scale victorie because usually I go waaaay over my calorie goal and order/eat whatever I want. I just hope it doesn't crash tomorrows weigh-in! 😳
