The scale is moving again, more activity. My legs were so sore the first half of this week starting back at the gym, but thankfully am back walking normally and feeling ready to get back into a regular routine. 3 days a week at the moment, when settled will possibly up it to 4 again. Am feeling more positive!

Considering this group it may sound funny, but I think it is good you are up a bit. They didn't take too much out of you 'mechanically' in the ER. You back at it? Feeling well?

This was a stressful week for me and I was up higher during the week. Glad to end the week with a small loss. My kids both got a summer cold and gave it to me. So I was not feeling great and stressed about what work would do about allowing me to work with a cold. Luckily, it went away quickly, but my kids are still sick, so lots of breathing treatments, and caring for them, and less me time to exercise. My daughter can't run with me because she's coughing so much with her asthma. But, I could go on a run for maintenance and continue with her again after she's feeling better. I'm going to stop all this binge eating though, because it's a slippery slope backward. Have a great week!!
