Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, many hours disinfecting the public areas of my workplace due to the virus, plus walking. I log 3-4 hours of exercise because I don't know about MFP's calories, but the exercise is stretched out over 8 hours.

Needed a treat today. Wanted a banana split I have been craving for weeks but had a MickeyD cone and split fries with my hubby. All logged and well within range with good food choices the rest of the day.

We took a ride today to see the mountains. Went to Bean Station, TN. It's just a short distance away in the foothills of the Smokies. It always calms me to see mountains and the ocean...the ocean is some time away unfortunately.
My wish today at this partucular time is for us all to learn and take something away from this pandemic. We can't change some things so we need not be anxious about the ones we can't. We can learn and and meditate on what we are inside and what we value....what we want to be. Sometimes we feel like that mouse on a wheel just trying to get by...going through the motions. May this make us more kind, more loving, more apreciative, more spiritual. That is what I wish for myself and for others.
We are nothing if we can't learn from our sufferings.

Sadly, no winner's circle for me as this is pass day number 4. But....I feel like a winner anyway. Last year, I would have pulled out of the group. In fact I did just that. And I came back this year even heavier. With tracking, regular exercise, and calorie restriction, I have lost 11 pounds since mid-May. I am hoping to be on track for 27 out of the 31 days this month, and I am signed up for the August challenge.4

Exercise: Yes. Managing to keep up 30 minutes of walking every day. It's hot, even in the evening. I should do an early morning walk, but that would mean changing my early morning phone call with my Mum.
Calories: Yes. Staying under, but just and eating badly.
Tracking: Yes, mostly late, but still tracking.3 -
