    Day: yesterday was my first day off work and I didn’t feel great at all. Woke up with a migraine and then just felt like bleh for the rest of the day. So I said I’d take the day off logging but I’m going right back on it Thursday!

    I forgot my daily post from yesterday (thursday) because I had a very tough day. My morning was good, I exercised and worked around the house, but in the afternoon I had my therapy and had a really rough time.

    But then I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale and saw I lost some weight. Feeling very happy and grateful at this moment.

    Day: Felt good considering the situation. I did some small circuits (a bit of yoga, strength and a little walk). We ordered pizza though and we have so much leftovers... can't promise I won't be devouring the leftovers tomorrow.

    I didn’t lose any weight, but I also didn’t gain any weight. This was actually a relief for me because after the week I had I was sure I had gained!!! I didn’t :-) so I’m happy!

    I have been working nonstop for at least 6 weeks without a day off but I brought it on myself. Lucky to be able to work I guess! And staying on track. We’ll see how weigh in goes tomorrow.

    Week was good. I only went over calories one day but made up for it with extra deficits on other days. I am still on my work marathon. At least I was able to get a load of laundry done this morning and some bills paid before coming in.

    I've had a very busy weekend and didn't have time for daily posts. My weekend was okay, calories a little over but nothing to throw my progress under a bus.

    Exercise: kind of, I helped a friend all morning at his farm - my fitbit said I burned 1.1k calories

    Day: Mentally still feeling weird. I feel like I can burst out crying at any given second. I woke up bright and early and left home at 6.30 to arrive at my friend's place at 7 to help him out with mucking the stables & to get some horsey love (I cuddled the horses shamelessly in between jobs). We were done around 11.30am so I went home to prepare a bath only to get some stomach aches and to notice... shark week has started (two days earlier so I wasn't fully prepared as my cycle is usually very consistent) blegh. The first & second day is always my worst. But sharkweek exhaustion + the continious heatwave (35°C or 96 Fahrenheit) made me nap all afternoon and I only woke up to prepare dinner for me and my partner lol. I will try to stay awake now but I still feel so very very exhausted.
