Day: I was doing really good until I had a late night snack and that brought me over in calories! I usually don’t late night snack but for some reason I did last night!4 -

Day: I was very active through the day. Did a lot of house chores today because I left it hanging last week (bad mood, didnt feel like cleaning/laundry/organizing). So I feel okay with today even if I was a bit grumpy.2 -

I've been doing this challenge since October 2019. At that time it motivated to get back to tracking meals. Now I'm off the rails again and no longer tracking meals. My current goal weight it 152 so it's definitely in reach and I know I could get there quicker if I would get my *kitten* together and track my meals and do my daily posts here.3 -

I was over on calories by 300. Not too bad. I ate wholesome food.2 -
I forgot my daily post from yesterday (thursday) because I had a very tough day. My morning was good, I exercised and worked around the house, but in the afternoon I had my therapy and had a really rough time.
But then I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale and saw I lost some weight. Feeling very happy and grateful at this moment.

I didn’t lose any weight, but I also didn’t gain any weight. This was actually a relief for me because after the week I had I was sure I had gained!!! I didn’t :-) so I’m happy!

I've had a very busy weekend and didn't have time for daily posts. My weekend was okay, calories a little over but nothing to throw my progress under a bus.

Exercise: kind of, I helped a friend all morning at his farm - my fitbit said I burned 1.1k calories
Day: Mentally still feeling weird. I feel like I can burst out crying at any given second. I woke up bright and early and left home at 6.30 to arrive at my friend's place at 7 to help him out with mucking the stables & to get some horsey love (I cuddled the horses shamelessly in between jobs). We were done around 11.30am so I went home to prepare a bath only to get some stomach aches and to notice... shark week has started (two days earlier so I wasn't fully prepared as my cycle is usually very consistent) blegh. The first & second day is always my worst. But sharkweek exhaustion + the continious heatwave (35°C or 96 Fahrenheit) made me nap all afternoon and I only woke up to prepare dinner for me and my partner lol. I will try to stay awake now but I still feel so very very exhausted.1
