    GW=190 (best for maintenance)
    LW = 207.2
    CW= 207.0
    change 0.2

    Another, relatively decent week. Weekends, before weigh-in appear to be the biggest challenge.

    I walked a lot in a step challenge. My challenge this week is to wrangle my foods into some kind of control. I'll take it.

    I know you want to get below 230.0, and though it can be agonizingly slow, progress is progress. Keep going! @ytai_c

    Start: 232 lbs (Sept 11, 2012)
    GOAL: 175 lbs

    Weigh In Info
    ============
    LastWk: 186.2 lbs
    CurWk: 187.9 lbs

    Up 1.7 lbs.

    Hurricane, 4 days with no power, cell, or internet. All we could use was gas stove. Finally got the generator working but a few days off my WFPB lifestyle had me gobbling meat and eggs instead of throwing stuff out. All we did was eat and clean up trees. I did a lot of tree clearing. .... but more eating.

    I am posting late <thursday> and went up higher but coming back down so am aiming for net loss for the week.

    Just put our 16 yo pooch down today and gobbled some ice cream out of character as well. I am a boredom, stress eater, sometimes dehydrated.

    Sunday is my 61st b-day (belly birth day), and Monday is 4 years of AA my Birth day.

    Night night.

    I've only done my C25K once this week. Need someone to help kick me up a notch with it and just tell me to do it. I'll find a million reasons to put it off, but I really do want to do it. It's only 30 minutes of my day, but I'll do other nonproductive things for hours. Lol, like wth am I doing? Ah well, hopefully next week I'll report that I've done more runs.

    Well, I ended up telling myself to do it, so I did my C25K, week 3, day 1 last night. (Tonight, I'm doing day 2.) This morning (8/15/20), I weighed in at 156.4lbs!!! That's (finally!) lower than my Jan 1 starting weight this year!

    I just wanted to share again because sometimes we need to motivate ourselves and just do it!
