    Yes, x's 3...but yeah..had to throw some candy away that I KNEW when I bought it for my kids...that it was going to be too hard for me to pass up...and THEN...stuff happened to make me allow myself to stress eat a little of it...(cherry sours for those wondering...delicious little demons) Then...I started working out with my zoom zumba instructor...and realized...those HAVE to go.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 36 minutes upper body strength + 28 minute treadmill walk. Knee is feeling much better today!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
