Well Monday my official login here day, was the day after turning 61 my "belly" b-day (think umbilical cord) in some circles......woo hoo. And Monday was my 4 year AA birthday (re-birth) AND as I am typing this I see TOMORROW (Aug 21, 2020) will be my 2,900th day of consecutive logging on MFP. (been using it longer obviously) but that is when my Start weight really began.
I was (after the intestinal blockage a few weeks ago almost at my 1990 wedding weight of 183. BUT a bit of celebration and the power outage from the hurricane and my b-days and the stress of job loss and now interviewing........I gotta get back on the stick.
Last three days been out cycling over 10 miles a day and 250 plus ascent ~ 300 to 500 kcals. AND kicking in some upper body work like my age in pushups and sit-ups etc.
We will get back on track and driving to the next goal post of 182 whihc will be 50 lbs lost net total.
Let's go kick it!!!

So I skipped weigh in last week as totally forgot again. But weight seems to have taken a good dip (1.4 lbs in 2 weeks). Still need to check accuracy of my weighing scales as they both seem to have gone haywire in the move. Feeling a little less tired, but still so much to do, will get there. I had forgotten how much paperwork and manual labour was involved in a move. Ha!

Woohoo!!! Finally seeing a bigger loss! I've been doing my C25K program again and getting in lots of steps at work. I see it's helping! And, I'm less than I was at the start of this year!3 -
