So, a lot happened this past week. A week ago, Sunday, I found out that a very dear friend had unexpectedly passed away. The first part of the past week was spent in mourning and coming to terms with the death. The rest of the week has been spent playing catch up on everything that didn't get done along with moving forward with life itself.
My new motto has become: "Live each day to the fullest without regret!"
I'm seriously committed, more than ever, to reaching my goals. All of them.

In the past 2 months I've lose 7 inches from waist/hips/leg/arm! It's really unbelievable to me!
As I'm getting closer to my goal, my mind is starting to shift back into my desire to build more muscle. I had my first lifting session a couple days ago, after taking the past 2 months off due to stress and moving houses a couple times. I'm so sore...

This past week, I logged 5 out of 7 days. This week, I plan to log all 7 days. Also, while I do a decent job of eating whole foods and not much that's highly processed, I'm looking to focus on more vegetables, grains and fruits (looking for more fiber) this week.
I'm looking to see the "lbs to ultimate goal" number drop into the 30s next Monday!

I am just maintaining...have played with my calories a bit and am finally moving a bit...finding it difficult. Went through a reverse diet last year and i refuse to drop them too low again...will keep playing...2 -
