*sigh* I was making progress then I had bloodwork done yesterday so I rewarded myself with a bunch of poor eating choices yesterday. Could’ve been worse I suppose.
Less than 24 hours later and I got my results back, which was shocking. Glucose and A1c were a tiny bit lower but my cholesterol is up over 20 points! Grr. My trainer has me consuming a lot more protein than I had been doing so I’m going to have to work on the diet some more.

My weight was up and down like a yo-yo this week. It was the first week since I started that my trend weight actually went up slightly. But today is weigh in day and it’s down slightly from last Saturday so I’ll take that.2 -

Honestly, I’m very surprised I lost at all. I had Chinese food multiple times and went over on calories almost every day. I guess underestimating cardio calories is helping though...2 -

Was not active all week, ate more carbs then I should (me and carbs don't get along), work week stressful and dang I did not drink enough water. I have baggy shorts on and I put on my 10's and they are tight, going to hit it hard this week and get into those. I am 52 and carry all my weight in my waist.2 -

Hi everyone,
I'm Kate, Kilobykilo, a 35 yo Brit living in Portugal. I've been on team shrinking assets for a year or so, I think? But disappeared mid July, sorry! The app was driving me mad and I'd stopped tracking and so also stopped losing.... August is a month off work for me and I've been over indulging way too much.... back on it slowly next week before starting back at work a week on Tuesday.
So wanted to head back and her in the habit of posting and tracking the week and would love to join the team again in September, please

Yes, the app is causing great stress. Seems like when it cleared up for some it stopped working for others. I still cannot get into the team thru the app -- so I have it open in my browser and the app for logging. I keep reminding myself that it is free...1 -

SHRINKING ASSETS GROUP REPORT:
As a group we gained 1.3 pounds
8 challengers did not report weigh ins for the week.
3 challengers were dropped for lack of participation.
Can we turn this around in the coming week? ABSOLUTELY!!!
How do we do this? COMMITMENT and CONSISTENCY
2 people have DMed me saying they stopped logging and gained. Yep! Those old habits are like a comfy bed -- Easy to slip into and hard to get out of. I understand. I regained 62 pounds of a 68 pound loss. Now I'm fighting to get it back off again.
We have 27 Challengers on the team. Who will commit to a loss in the coming week?
I'm not asking for a 1 lb, 2 lb or 3 lb commitment -- just a loss.
I WILL COMMIT! I will post a loss in the coming week!
