Yay!!! 22lbs lost!! I really loved swimming on vacation so I’ve joined a new gym where I can swim. I’ve got a bad knee that prevents me from running so this is such a good option.5 -

I am amazed by these results since I barely exercised and went over on my calories everyday. I’m pretty sure most of this was just water weight from late last week (period started on my last weigh in day), but a loss is a loss and I’ll take it!3 -

I need to get below 63kg to move from overweight to “normal” on the BMI charts. It’s close! I’m a small build so I need to be a decent amount below that eventually but it will still be a nice milestone.2 -
Skipping weigh in today, I have a strong plan for September, so I will do new weigh in next Saturday. Hubby's birthday and ate out yesterday and I know the scale is up. Sodium, sodium, sodium.1

Been totally MIA. It’s also been hard considering I can’t do everything I want through the app and have to log in by going through a browser.
