Yesx3 day. Took the kiddo out for a spin in the jogging stroller on a new route. Except for the bugs it was good. Just did fast pace walking. Targeting to go a little further each day.12k steps today per my Fitbit 😍. Also A dental issue caused me to not eat much. So under on calories too. Could be the pattern for this week. Some good some bad. Such is life 🤷♀️.4

Today was a rest day with modest exercise. I am fatigued from 3+ hours of exercise on Friday and a lot of lifting and carrying yesterday. Active stretching for 22 minutes today.

I was still hungry after all 3 meals today and ended up caving to a bedtime snack. Although relatively healthy (but excessive) it did put me over - so Pass Day #3.
We have 8 days left for this challenge - hoping to still be in that Winner's Circle. Let's do this everyone!
