Weight back to steady and slow-ish again. When I weighed myself after the move, I was a bit surprised...am really, really tired though, the end of this week. Felt energised and positive last week, this week, I just want to sleeeeeep. Have been getting to bed early too.

I'm back down to my lowest recorded weight of the year! I'm feeling ready to take on the rest of this year and onward to get to my goals.2 -
