I think I forgot to post last week. I have been very strict with keto but I think I am going to add some carbs up to 100g per day. My weight loss seems to be too rapid. I want healthy and sustainable progress and also a diet I can live with forever.2 -

Well goodness me, never thought I would get here but I'm now almost at what I feel I want to loose! Still 13 pounds more than when I met my husband 20 years ago but also 20 years older and in my 60s so not wanting to start to look too thin (not words I thought I would ever use!) So my plan is that I'll loose a bit more then try to keep in a range between 138 and 142 roughly. Never achieved this before but one never knows!

08/30/20 - I accomplished my August goal of incorporating weekly extended fasts of 72 hrs. I’ve shed a ridiculous amount of inches and 11.4 lbs this months! Feeling great! Can’t wait for September’s challenge 😊2 -
