Although I am barely under I am still under. At a few times today I found myself think i should let this be a cheer day once tomorrow is the first. I was able to get past it and am glad I did because I want to make progress and set healthy patterns2 -

Correction I went over. It was a oversight sine I ate a cup of mashed potatoes but only counted 1/2 cup. Still ate less then I would have if I realized this before brushing my teeth 😉2 -

Yet another "weird day"D-PIE ... project-management at it's rock bottom basics (Define - Plan / Implement / Execute)
4Rs ... managing information at it's rock bottom basics (Right Info in Right Place where Right People can access for Right Length of Time)
I need to D-PIE a process that lets me efficiently do the 4Rs on multi "micro-projects" all at different stages of only 3 basic "coding lines" .... while simultaneously Executing at a gradually-improving level ... while the number of individual active and on-holds keeps growing ....
I've cracked the Define
Working on the new-Style Plan/Implement (while still Executing old-style)

My goal for September is that, no matter how busy I get, I will work hard not to crash and burn. It could have been worse - I did exercise and eat well but did not track.1 -
