Congrats to the winners circle and those who preserves even if they didn’t qualify.
I started the new month with the sunrise with my friend! We count that as an adventure. It was pretty cold but aside from some light drizzle the rain stayed away and we had a beautiful experience. I followed that with a quick dip in the ocean before the howling gale descended on the city. We celebrate the start of spring today even if the weather doesn’t cooperate!
Evening was back on the mats with my small group which is smaller while a couple recover fully from their recent COVID experience. So good to do some Jiu Jitsu again even if it’s only two weeks since we last trained! As usual we followed that with a bit of yoga.
Food choices were good and I avoided temptation at the shops so no junk in the house. All under budget so a successful day for me!15 -

@tlwoodbell
You need to let @RangerRickL know when you qualify for the winner’s circle. For a few days prior to end of the month, he asks us to let him know & then he confirms the list with the group!
Congratulations on making it to the Winner’s Circle❤️🧡💛💚🧡💙🧡💚🧡💜🤎💔🤍7 -

So excited to start September!! I, too, @katiecan2019 , think September is a great month for a fresh start! Even though we are heading into fall and then winter, it feels like a beginning!
I had to really be mindful today, as I had an abysmal sleep.....up most of the night, then asleep most of the morning. Days like that often become a "throw in the towel" type of day early on. But I had to go to work, so I figured I could do it since I was going to be away from the house. Didn't get home until after 7 pm, but still went for a 35 minute walk!!
So I can say it was a yes, yes, and yes day!!7 -

Yes, yes, and yes, September is off to a good start. I know I will not be able to make the winner's circle this month, will be on vacation out of cell and internet range for a few days. But I don't really do this for the winner's circle, so I will do my best to stay on track anyway.
Thanks for another month Rick!9
