Signed in for a live streamed yoga class with my housemate after a day back at work with all my creatures. All food logged and under budget so Iβm successful again.
Hard to believe itβs spring with the horrible weather we are currently Experiencing but the next couple of days are better so I should be able to hop in the water with the seals!13 -

The weather here is finally starting to cool a little, so I'm looking forward to starting running again next week too!
Today was a bit tough with wedding/covid complications stress and emotional eating, but thankfully the tracking and extra exercise meant it didn't go too far.
The afternoons home alone are the danger zones for me. Need to restructure my timetable to keep extra busy at those times!9 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes 30 mins yoga and.....walking my son to school for the first time in six months. Itβs a 50 minute round trip, a great chance to chat with him about life and then listen to my audio book on the way home.

Calories was 200 under (oops -- I'm supposed to be in maintenance now, not too much under) and no wine.
Exercise was just 20 minutes of apartment walking plus some stretching. It's been hard these last two weeks to do my normal exercise b/c of being so busy.11
