Today was one of those easy days where I never felt like I was on a diet. I had a lot of calories left over, so I measured out potatoes to match my leftover calories and made a huge plate of oven baked fries for dinner. It is a nice way to end my day.8 -
Exercised want to ramp up my walking pace if my knees will accommodate walked at lunch stayed under on my carbs tracked and logged need to get my ldl’s down a tad a little over normal ☹️ Refocus and begin again that’s the great part about this group so supportive5

Exercise was 80 mins walking- skipped the car and took the stroller instead to my sons daycare drop off and pickup.5 -

A better day today. Got the logging in. I'm in maintenance, so the losing weight recently WASN'T according to plan, but rather according to too-high stress. It has been slooowly making its way back where it belongs over the past week (back UP to the bottom of my maintenance range where I have mostly been sitting since ~ April or May with the odd "day after a heavy or salty supper" that would self-correct within 2 or 3 days)
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - more than 25 minutes on the exergame (raining all afternoon and evening, so no after-supper walk)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?Yes, including the popcorn evening snack I am about to have
