    Can't wait to get back on working out tomorrow! I couldn't find the motivation to do it today. I felt exhausted.

    Yesx3 day today. Stayed under calorie budget. Exercise was 10 mins Zumba and 15 min boot camp

    Despite continued progress in my weight loss journey I have slowed down my exercise routine due to sciatica and just do yoga. For the rest housework and cooking account for about 4000 steps a day which is clearly not enough but I have no option right now. This has led to some comfort eating.

    Tracking: Yes
