Despite continued progress in my weight loss journey I have slowed down my exercise routine due to sciatica and just do yoga. For the rest housework and cooking account for about 4000 steps a day which is clearly not enough but I have no option right now. This has led to some comfort eating.

Hey @heffalump2014 !
I read a study. Average American 2700 steps. Walking 4000-4400 yielded huge increase in longevity than the 2700. No benefits -in terms of longevity over 7K steps.
SO, I still walk my 10K To counteract my lifelong obesity, but now with the fires, I just make sure I get my 4K inside to get the health benefits.4 -
Yes - 92 calories remaining
Yes - 11.99 miles
Yes.
According to this tracker I will lose 1 lb in five weeks if every day is like today. I’m ok with the slow pace because I don’t want to lose more then 9 lbs. I would even be ok at my current weight if I toned up more.6 -
30 minutes housework & calisthenics 🙌🏽
Tracked it all and was under calorie count today ✍🏾
Going to weigh tomorrow morning.
Discovering that I can function fine with less food. Tracking is helping immensely😁.
Peace on Earth.
Good Will toward us all.

I got home late last night because I had supper at a friend who I haven’t seen since March. So good to catch up with her and her kids who have grown yet again! Just logged what I ate and happily it came under calories so with my morning run I’m all good and no pass day needed. The run was tough and I walked more of it than usual but I completed a decent 30 minute loop on the hills anyway. Finally did shopping I’ve been procrastinating and did get a few treats. They have been hidden in a box and I’ll try eat them within my budget over a few days. It’s an exercise in will power that I was to try.5

Pass Day #2
Logged, but not under....not even close. Another sleepless night was the culprit. I did get lots of exercise, though.

@MadisonMolly2017 That is very helpful information. It fits with what I have learned over time. Moderate exercise is sufficient to maintain mobility and hold back decrepitude.1

Thank you Rick aka @RangerRickL
Although, I’d say you exercise Wayyyy past moderate0 -
@MadisonMolly2017...usually I do exercise beyond moderate. For the last 3 weeks, I've got the lumbar pain again. But, I'm working my way back....to a more calm and peaceful back.
You are the best Ms. Maddie!
