@Dean: Please take care of yourself. Seems like so many I know have come down with colds in the past two weeks, including ourselves - infected by our grandsons, and it seems to have taken a while to shake off.
@dmicheals: Glad to see that your Achilles continue to heal. Hope that you have been able to start driving again. It can’t be fun getting taken to work in a smoky car. it’s great that the driver is making time to take you.
@vhuber: Glad your husband continues to do well. It’s fabulous that the physios are so impressed with his progress.
@Dave: The tree is beautiful, totally beautiful.
I’ve started a C210k as part of my return to running after badly spraining my ankle. It seems to be going well. I currently have my arm/shoulder taped up. Four falls between the beginning of April and August, landing on my shoulder and hip have left some damage. Then I couldn’t start physio because of Covid restrictions. It’s coming along though!

Here is my total for September! Got in 9.5 from walking these past few days!
Suppose to freeze tonight so I got my flowers covered but I cleaned everything from garden. I got 54 spaghetti squash from ONE plant!!! I wish I could hand one to each one of you! LOL
I start leading class 3 nights now so I may need to use the ex bike to pick up miles from now till spring. I will go for 100 again.
Hope to see you ALL in October hitting goals AND staying healthy!!!

I'll go with 140km for October
Thanks admins and all you awesome exercisers!0 -
Can't catch a break. Got nailed by a cat we were euthanizing for a head injury when hit by a car. The cat latched hold of me with his claws and now I'm on antibiotics. At least I wasn't bitten.1
-
Put me in for 200 for October. I'm pretty sure I'll be better in time to knock that out.0

Ended September with 56/50. See you next month.0

@Chris - It's not my first time getting nailed by a cat. I'll be fine. This one left a claw in me that I had to get out but I can't blame the cat. He really got hit in the head and the skull was fractured. He didn't know what he was doing. He was just flailing. I'm just glad we could put him down so he didn't have to suffer.1

... finished the month 65 miles out of the targeted 75!0

Just popping in to say that even though I haven't been here in a while, I'm still moving. I didn't set a goal in September, just rode a lot. Here are the results. This is the most miles I've ridden in a month since I started keeping track in 2013.
