Uh oh, not much moving here on my part, though I did get out for a run this morning.
And I feel like I say this every weekend, and then every weekend I feel like there is a new reason to say it, but ...
be safe out there my friends. Whether it is fire or COVID or something else entirely, take care of yourselves please!3 -

@anaconda469 Stay safe please. Everyone else affected by the fires too. I lived in CA for seven years and remember how bad this can be.
Walked 4.1 miles and did some weights this morning. I'm in a new neighborhood of my subdivision 55+ and just met two new neighbors who knew I was a single, working nurse. Everyone's been friendly but it's a bit weird. In a good way. Now there's an ice cream truck at the clubhouse and the 550+ calories I just burned earned me a larger cup.

@Dave: I put ceramic tile in my bathroom and my dad’s. I actually put a heated tape stripe in our floor.I would rather Fido that then the ditch.And yes, people sure do earn their money and my respect. Had this been a different situation, I would not be trying to save money.
Well we got the drainage ditch in and we cut $400 in cost.I think he would have charged more if he had done what we did. Anyway, my dad left me $31,000 to cover anything to do on his house. We had trees removed that had to come out, a new roof, gutter and downspouts, sidewalks and front entrance and we have air conditioning going in. We still have storm doors and painting on the outside yet. Some of his shed needs exterior boards, I am doing the yard work. We still will need dumpsters and interior work to finish his kitchen and bathroom. Eventually, I will be spending my own money, so however I can cut corners on the money pit is fine with me. My hubby will put in a new panel box. My sister and brother have washed their hands if all of it and left all the work to my husband and me. My brother hasn’t even cleaned out his son’s stuff he left behind while he stayed there, so into the dumpster it goes. It will be a year before we sell it or rent it. It is a work in progress. At least the outside is looking better.

@CLEPANT - I totally get it and I would do the same. Besides, with all that work left to do, you're going to need to farm some of it it out. And I'm sorry the rest of your family is not helping. That's really awful of them. My heart and prayers go out to you and your husband.
@DEAN - I like your facemask.

@Dean, whats it say? Spaceballs & what else? LOL I am one of the people who does NOT where a mask unless I HAVE to. Quite positive I had it Covid the first week of March. Where we are we've had 1 death but he had major underlying issues, 1 lady who is a pill popper & major obese who got very sick but recovered (probably who have been the same with any flue) & ALL other cases have been cold like symptoms . I just wish we could let this blow through like any other flue!!
I got in 10 on the ex bike again while waiting for Direct TV to refresh my receiver, I guess since I have not used my downstairs tv for a couple months it shuts off. I then did 2 miles of step class tonight!
