The KB workout is set up so that you try and beat your own time. Today was my first session but I think I can work my way down to under 40 minutes by month-end. I- I think lol9 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes indeed - woke up at 5:30 to be first at the gym to secure one of three swim lanes for an hour of laps plus an additional hour walk and made my 10k daily attempt!

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes whoops almost forgot the Yingling - and still under! Whew... 🍺 we did an online zoom trivia tonight and won! I was able to match the half point challenge of beer logos to names and the beau knew the order of history events in the final challenge (guess who the smart one is 🤪)

Yesx3 days yesterday and today. Haven’t been posting as frequently as I’m trying to work through some personal issues. Im working through them and still trying to catch up on all your posts. Food choices have been decent and just under budget. Walked outside yesterday and today spent more than 30 mins cleaning. Aiming to be a winner this month. 🤞10

I was a bit tired today, but managed to get out of bed and do 40 mins on treadmill before heading to work. When I came home I did 80 mins more on treadmill. I am ready for bed!13 -

I had a really bad headache when I left work and I wasn't feeling good. I came home, took some medicine, rested, and ate dinner. I felt better after that so I went for a walk. I didn't want to use up a pass day so early in the month. It is definitely going to be a challenge to keep this going. Before I would workout/exercise 3-5 times a week and would let exercising go for the day if I wasn't feeling well. This is different than what I am used to.12 -

I generally don’t use work as my exercise but yesterday my work day was ramped up a level so I’m counting it. From 7:30 to 16:00 the only time I sat down was about 15 minutes to eat to give me energy for the rest of the day and during that time I was updating various groups and people about relevant stuff. The complex opens to the public on Monday, my colleague who is supposed to be on duty next week is on leave and the intern covering for her has worked in the institution for only 3 weeks when we were open in March so she don’t know that side of the job well enough yet to be left to set it all up. My team mate is on sick leave with a non COVID issue so I was basically on my own to do all the usual animal care stuff plus ensure both sections were ready for Monday.
Evening was fun although not what we expected. We signed up for a trivia fundraiser but it turned out to be a music trivia event. All of us are good at the non music stuff so we were not as competitive as we expected. As I said, fun to hang out anyway!
All food logged and well under budget.10 -
