The feedback in in and you have all agreed that the UAC Ultimate Accountability Champions is here to stay.
The Winner's Circle is our highest Monthly honor!
The Ultimate Accountability Champions are successful too. @TerriRichardson112 and others have referred to ongoing posts as the 'backbone of the UAC." @cjane917 called it the Dedicated Posters.
I'll add the concept to FAQs and I appreciate that this works for you, the team members!

A great day for me. It included an afternoon nap because life has been chaotic this past week. Morning church was so good to be back worshiping in person and I dragged my housemate for a sunset swim in the ocean. Hit my Apple Watch rings with the trek over the dune and back to get to the beach and then 25 minutes playing in the water while the sun set!
Good food choices and all logged. I haven’t actually eaten supper yet but I’ve logged it including dessert and I still have some calories over so I know I’ll be fine.
Tomorrow is back to Jiu Jitsu which will be epic!15 -

Again, not so many calories left.
Have a great Sunday, everyone. 🙋♀️ I'm calling it a day, in my part of the world 😴.9 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes 20 minutes swimming and 10,000 steps including an hour and a half walk tonight to make up for the low swim time.
First world problem rant ahead click at your discretion 😅:I go to a gym with a pool open but in the age of COVID the rules are three max people - one per lane. I go the moment they open to try to guarantee an hour of lap swim because it’s less crowded. Just like the treadmills it’s a max of 20 minutes if there is a line now. This woman comes in occasionally and takes a whole lane to stand in the middle by the wall and chant for a half hour. I had to leave after half an hour because of this. Can someone explain the need for a pool lane to stand by the edge and chant? She never does any swimming. In normal times someone could just share the lane and swim past her. I understand there is a serious health benefit to meditation but it seems awful inconsiderate in the age of Covid to take an entire swim lane to do it. Ok rant over...

Yes x 3 My calories were way under today. It was a rest day for my HIIT program, so I just did 30 min of yoga. I ordered a new thicker mat so that I can start practicing my yoga handstands again. I thought it would be a fun goal during this lockdown time.10

First of all - I'm taking a pass day.
I will be trying to do as davert123 did and get my son to go with me for a great walk up by the lake not far from home.
For now -
Tracked, exercised but I am over on calories due to an evening dinner with family that I didn't prepare. Hormones are not helping I might add.... lol Did refuse dessert...so - that's a plus! ;D
For alligatorbob from yesterday's post...: I'm going to be praying for you as you take care of your health. My ex-husband had to have prostate stone removal at a very young age. He too was embarrassed....but it was necessary...and of course he was glad that he got it taken care of. You will be winning in a different way for a short while. Your body is going to be working hard to heal....and your dedication to your health is going to pay off. Wishing you peace and praying for you to rest well for your surgery. In addition, you might talk to your physician when you have the catheter removed about when you are allowed to resume low impact exercise. For my ex and another friend of mine, they were able to resume walking as soon as they were off of pain killers and as long as blood pressure was normal, no blood in the urine etc.
Smoda - you are waling with your cats in their stroller - is that right? (lucky kitties) There is a lady in our neighborhood who does that sometimes. I've seen a monkey in a stroller at a nature preserve before. There is also the random person with a parrot on their shoulder.8 -
Intrinsicat - I would have felt the need to ask if she was going to use the lane... while explaining "Since there are so few lanes open...if you are not swimming now...can I go ahead and do so...and you can have it after that?"... My son read my response and called me a "Karen". ;D6

Hi All,
I have been lost my focus the past month. We put our house on the market which involved a month of intense work getting ready. We sold and now plan to move to Florida in January. In the meantime I need to get back to some kind of daily accountability. Tomorrow I will resume swimming and tracking. I am psyched!14
