    Couldn’t get into community for the last few days and cut/paste is not working so will keep it short

    Wednesday, October 7 - yes all 3, hiked over 22,000 steps with 29 hills showing up on my watch.

    Thursday, October 8 - overdid it a bit Tuesday and Wednesday after monday’s treatment. Crashed and burned. Pass day #2.

    Biked 🚴‍♀️ for 1h and did 15 min of isometrics exercises (wall sit, planks and sumo squat)

    Ate within range cause I was stressed with work and got some bad news on top of that, which supressed any appetite left...

    Thanks, it is Thanksgiving here in Canada this weekend. The plan is to really enjoy this weekend without breaking the "food tracking" bank :)
