Morning run before our first in person church service. Only 50% capacity allowed and with masks but so good to be back worshiping together.

Glad I got the exercise done early today. I went with my daughter this morning to place an order at the bakery for her baby shower cake. It smelled so good in that bakery and was very tempted to buy some sweets, but I settled for apple slices and natural peanutbutter. The old me would have bought a few treats.10 -

Went on a 50 minute walk and cleaned the apartment. One thing I've started doing is turning on my Fitbit to start an activity-- I choose the workout option-- when I clean the house. That way it tracks how long I spent and gives me an added bonus to cleaning! Why yes, I burned 160 calories in 45 minutes6 -
