NSV, celebrated my 52 birthday a few days ago with a long bike ride rather than being lazy. Also, I have been on track for 66 days in a row now. Some days I've eaten more than my goal, but even on those days I was still under my TDEE.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 9 mile bike ride.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.11 -
Yes, yes, and yes. I am surprised how quickly I am able to get back doing some exercise, today it was just a slow walk, but I walked a bit over 2 1/2 miles.
So life is good here as well Rick, thanks for asking. I am glad you are feeling good!8 -
Yes -408 calories remaining

Although I'm currently about 20 lbs above my lifetime goal weight, I still have over 30 lbs lost, and that has given me the courage and energy needed to be able to be the lead singer of a cover band. My band had its first Facebook Live performance a few weeks ago, and through that we have our very first live gig tomorrow night. I am so excited!

Walking for exercise and walking with the dog for enjoyment.
NSV... scrambling on the floor with one year old granddaughter and grateful that I am capable of doing such a thing. This was followed with a hike in the woods with the entire family. It is good to be able to be part of such experiences.
@znaoiec so awesome!! Yep, that’s exactly what motivates me!

Today made me realize how losing a pass due to overeating lookes like. 🤦♀️ So yesterday I had NOT meant a pass!
Focusing on the bright side, I did a power 🔥 HasFit HIIT workout with weight.
2 passes left...
Scale agrees with me this morning 😐.
I know, you wanted us to talk exactly about the opposite, Rick. I am just upset w. myself🤦♀️ - everytime I think I overcame this, I make a mistake again ☹.7 -
@dewit I know where you're coming from and I can definitely empathize with the frustration - but that day is done, just try to make the next one better. You've got this.6

My NSV is the self-awareness that has allowed me to maintain a normal weight for almost a year now, thanks to the UAC and MFP. It'll be a year in November.
I'm a lifelong sugar fiend. I have a few treats now and then, a 300 calorie Starbucks Frappuccino or a candy bar, but FEW is the clue here -- not every day. I normally stick to fresh fruit, which I love, for treats.
Self-awareness for food and exercise keeps me healthy. It's very easy to say I don't care or I'm too busy, but keeping an eye on myself only takes a few minutes a day.6 -

NSV: My knee was hurting so much last year and I had to have physical therapy for two months. I had the pain for a long time even after the therapy. Fortunately, it is not hurting as much as before and I think it is because of decreasing pressure of my dropping weight by time. Btw, I am mostly sticking to walking for exercise since I can't push myself for harder exercises because of my sensitive knee.6
