2 Nov 3.63km then my dog took off - fast and I went over a gate and hit my head!!! CT scan clear thank goodness

3 Nov 1.97km - just a gentle walk - alone to help all the sore bits. Hopefully be ok to run tomorrow

MTD 12.52/140 - which seems a long way to go!

Sorry I was MIA. Got Oct. caught up. Thank goodness for my garmin keeping me on track.
Thank you to Dave and Janet once again. I will try to be here the entire month, now that outside work is coming to a halt. I did get to do some training for two virtual races. Not as fun as the real thing.

@k80flec: We probably will be headed for another lockdown too. It all depends on who wins the election and how bad the numbers get. No one seems to care. I think our lockdown might even be due to civil unrest. I keep waiting for an uncivil war to break out. We are seeing shortages again. Be safe no matter what.

Adding 150 again. Doing a virtual 10 miler in November and maybe a Turkey Trot which is about my current speed. Was asked the other day if I wanted to try a handleless Segway and I looked at it and my knees and said “pass”.
Happy November. We had our first dusting of snow today with half our leaves still on our oaks yet.

    Nov. 1: 4 miles

    TTD: 4 miles

Got in 3 miles moving my feet! We had a BEAUTIFUL day today!! 72* & no wind. Took the dogs for a walk. Saturday the high is to be 36 with snow again. We just got rid of it & it would be awesome to not see it again!

Thank you to Janet and Dave for keeping us going.

Could you put me down for 100 miles again please. Going into lockdown again so don't know how many miles I will walk.

Sorry, I forgot to post October's figure. I have done it now so could someone add my miles onto October's figures. Sorry about that. I must start making it a habit to record my miles every night. Thank you

Yikes!! Glad the CT was clear. Don’t push too fast. Concussions can be tricky. Maybe walk for a couple days.

    Adding 5 miles for 5 out of 200. It’s a start.

@k80flec I would have to pass on the entire Segway thing whether it had handles or not. I'm pretty sure I would fall off or run it into something! ;) Auto correct wants to change Segway to Nosegay. LOL

@Leanz I'm glad you aren't hurt more. Take it easy for a few days, there is nothing to mess about head injuries.
