A beautiful fall day here. I walked with my husband and our border collie, Maggie. We try to do the same walk every day. I raked leaves, used my leaf blower and my hubby and I burned a pile of tree branches. I'm in a rural area and part of our property borders on a Forest Service property, so lots of places to walk. Yes I tracked my calories and yes today I stayed within my calorie goal. Onward to tomorrow. Yes on the 20 minutes of exercise.9

The habits I learned from UAC have kept me in good condition. Even though I was not posting here, I was still trying to get daily exercise and watched what I ate.
