Today is supposed to be my rest day, but I did a quick 10 minute cardio video anyway.
I just finished logging everything I ate today - I'm still drinking my water.
There is currently a deficit of 263 calories for me for today. Yay for staying with my limit!7 -

Favorite Summer activity: When my kids were younger we owned a beautiful camper and we traveled all over different states. We used to bring along my husbands father ( Papa my kids called him ) He enjoyed being with us and his grandkids seeing all the different places. My mother-in-law loved him being gone with us and out of her hair, leaving her free to watch Lifetime movies in peace and quiet. I miss those days.7 -

Favorite summer activity: walking in nature. I live next to a national park with woods and fields of wild grasses, where I like to do walking meditations.

Pass day 2 for me. Super tired for some reason but still went to Jiu Jitsu class so exercise accounted for. Gave into the temptation to buy ice cream on the way there and planned to skip supper afterwards but I was super hungry so snacks pushed me over the limit.
Summer is my favourite and it’s hard to choose one activity, but probably beach days with friends. I love the salt and sand, playing in the water with the kids or building castles in the sand. The warmth lying in the sun and then cooling off by driving back into the waves. A nice mix between active and restful.7 -

If I were to take it litteraly, I did go over by maybe an apple yesterday (ate too much bread and 4 pieces of dark chocolate, tbh). But I did a cool HIIT (short, but intense) session, walked with family and resisted the temptation to binge at night (I was hungry, too), so I will reward me for that by not making use of a pass.
Summer... I love going on hike 🏞 or bike 🚴♀️ tours with my boys 👨👩👧👦. My pals here get to see that every now and then on my wall - sorry for miserably failing at posting a collage here on Nov 1st 🤦♀️.6 -

I walked 5 miles outside in the beautiful 68 (F) sunshine! It was a gorgeous day! Then I got on my new treadmill and RAN! Yes, well, I did w2d1 of the c25k program! I was so excited to be running! Even if it was only 1 minute at a time! Lol. Running on the treadmill doesn't hurt my knees like running on pavement. I also made keto choc chip cookies and ate a few too many throughout the day. So in the evening I had to get on the treadmill and walked/run (c25k) another couple of miles! But, at the end of the day, I came in UNDER my calorie goal!

I tracked and stayed under cleaned through the house vacuumed resistance sand arm work. Struggled all day with arm radial head too much wet snow to shovel earlier in the week hope to walk at lunch on Thursday.7
