The weather has been nice, but I'm still getting over being sick and can't fully exercise yet. Only been doing very short walks. It'll be nice to get my regular exercise again. I had a negative covid test, so I'm guessing a had a mild flu.2

Today's weather is dreary and rainy...all I want to do is lie down and snooze. I'd like to say I want to read a book because I have a great mystery going right now, but I know with the rain, I'd be asleep and hugging my pillow within seconds of trying! Not sure I'll hit my 6k steps today...I just wanna sleep! How's everyone else doing today? Ya'll are WAY too quiet lately...chime in!

Sorry, I was so busy yesterday, I forgot to post this.
I feel like my body is just happy at this weight, I know to just trust the process, but this is super annoying, ugh. But I have not missed a workout in 45 days now, yay, and I have a body scan next week, fingers crossed that it shows that I have lost some fat and added some muscle at least.2 -

@angemarie28 that's great that you have worked out for 45 days !! Don't be too discouraged with the scales.If you are staying within your calorie goal & logging everything,I am sure the scales will start to move in the right direction.It happened to me 2018,I was regularly at the gym & it took from August to December for my weight to drop.Get the tape measure out & see if you are shrinking.You may get a nice surprise 😄1

I do measure, and I take progress photos. The scale is just annoying, hahaha1 -
