Good morning everyone! I hope you got a good night's sleep and are ready to take on the day and take control of your weight and fitness.

My plan for the day:
Run 3 miles: 6min run/1min walk
Ride at least one of my horses (they all need to get fit, too!)
Eat a BAS (big *kitten* salad)
NO chips or beer (my kryptonite!)
Track all calories and remain under my limit.
Finish the day with a relaxing yoga video.

What are your plans for the day? Or maybe just check-in at the end of the day. Whatever works for you!
Have a great day!

I'm going to ride my exercise bike for an hour and complete a 15-20 minute indoor walking video. I will also stay in my current calorie range - 1200-1400 calories a day.

    Good morning to you all!

    My plan for today is:
    - Stay under my calorie budget
    - Make a big batch of soup for the week, yum!
    - Do some chores around the house for activity and movement.
    - Resist the delicious Orange Cranberry Bread I am going to make at work today.

I just did "leg day" at the gym yesterday so I'm on a rest day now.

Also, happy early birthday @MrsAcyprus2015 !

    Happy early birthday, Emma!! 🎉🎂🎈🎈

I reaaaaalllyyyyy want to ride my bike today, but unfortunately I've got meetings spread out throughout the day all day so I don't know if I'll have time :(

If I can't ride my bike, my partner and I will take a walk to the beach. My goal is to add in some more jogging during our walk. I've been adding in about 1 min jogging at a time several times during the hour long walk. U haven't really been keeping track. Today's goal is to actually count how long I jog. Goal: jog for 2 minutes 5 times. 🤓🌈

    Good morning!
My plan for today is to get two 20 minute walks in (I substitute my lunch hour to do these).
Go to my boot camp after work
Log ALL my food and stay at or under my daily calorie goal.

I've got one walk in and have logged breakfast and lunch.

Happy Thursday and Happy early birthday @MrsAcyprus2015
  • Today I've:
    - drank 32oz of water
    - went 62 cal over my cal goal but going to walk for an hour tonight.
    - had vegetables
    - ate some 'fun' things out while still being mindful of calories, low cal options/ no soda
    Tomorrow I hope to:
    - eat an apple
    - stay in my calorie goal
    - drink lots of water
    - clean the house/ get stuff done for exercise
    - meditate

I hope everyone had a better day than I did. I didn't accomplish anything on the exercise front. I haven't been feeling great (not horrible either) and today's headache was just too much. As a precautionary measure, I had a COVID test on Monday and am still waiting for the results. Even though I took it easy today, I did track all of my calories, had a BAS and have had no beer or chips...my 4th day of no beer! I had been having 2-3 high-calorie craft beers per night.

It's so fun hearing from everyone :)

Head might be from the sugar drop of no beer. I've had that happen.

Maybe. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well last week either. Hopefully, the results will be in tomorrow.
