As mentioned the other day, I had to stay vigilent and try not to eat my dissapointments... I did! (resp. did not 😀): I cooked, eating was good, tracking as usual, 30 min workout and 160cal left. 🙂4

Exercise- Yes. Half hour hill run, half hour Body Pump class
Calories- BLEW IT. Ran late so skipped breakfast to get to an appointment resulting in hitting the bag of chips at lunch
Tracked- Not at dinner since I blew lunch.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? amzingly, yes. Ate out two out of 3 meals. Really looked hard at the menus. Focused on the calorie counts on the menu and picked items I normally would not have picked. But, it helped me keep within my budget.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.
Thank you to all of the Veterans. My Dad was Navy, my husband, brother-in-law and father-in-law were all Army, two nephews and another brother-in-law were Marines. They served during WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and Desert Storm.5 -

Got a 40 lb KB! Had to try it out and train with it. She's heavy but I hope to get used to it by spring so I can do another round of the 10,000 kettlebell swing workout.3 -
Had early Thanksgiving with my parents today / 11th - no tracking at all - first time in 299 days... not feeling guilty...just a family fun day.4
