Getting back into the groove of things.

Exercise: Went for a walk in the woods near a lake. It was nice. The weather was perfect and we were off our phones for a good couple of hours. Took our dog to a dog park and walked around there for awhile.
I’m going to start over tomorrow with exercising and tracking my food.1 -

I didn't have the greatest week this week. On Sunday, I had a huge backache and started throwing up until Monday night. I was fine Tuesday and Wednesday, albeit a bit tired. Then it did it again Thursday and Friday. I didn't eat much, and what I did eat didn't stay down. Yesterday, I got up at 9am and slept on the couch the whole day until my husband and I went to bed at midnight. He says I was only awake for a total of one or two hours.0 -

still incredibly bloated and puffy. My doctor says that is normal with tecfidera and gave me some water pills. They helped some after that initial +19lbs in one day. I got my MRI of c-spine to lumbar. I have 6 plaques on c-spine that look old along with all the active ones in my brain. There are none showing on thoracic or lumbar, so Yay!! Hopefully the medicine will help keep me from relapsing further.
