I read the second last entry of the blue image and guffawed; I don't think I'll ever get to the point of WANTING to workout. I just "eat the frog" as workouts have to be incorporated regularly into my day, ideally before it gets dark (something bugs me about working out when it's dark).
So my NSV is getting better at eating the 🐸
@readyornot1234 Thank you for the shoutout yesterday ~Your sister in caffeine and core work, MaltedTea

⭐️ CALORIES: Yes.
⭐️ TRACK: yes
PASS: 0/3
My NSV is that with my new treadmill, I'm able to jog again! I had to give up trying to jog back in 2018 because it was just too hard on my knees.... but with the "give" of my treadmill, I've been able to do it without much pain at all. I'm so excited about being able to jog again!11 -
Yes x 3 for Sunday
Gonna prelog dinner, and tracked, and was able to play doubles for 90 min this morning.
NSV, even though I already have three pass days this month, it wasn't due to food indulgence! Two of those days were just incredibly busy and tracking got away from me ... But I still got in exercise and didn't stay far from the norm with food. Big deal for me 🙂8 -

NSV - I get infusions every 4 weeks for an autoimmune disease. The recommended dosage is every 8 weeks but I’ve got severe disease. At the beginning of 2020 they were talking about doubling the dose I get because they couldn’t give it every 2 weeks. I figured I had to do my part and I’ve lost about 25 pounds since January and I am eating so much better. The docs are no longer talking crazy. The meds are more effective. I would love to get to every 8 weeks but I am happy right now and actually feel pretty good and strong. One step at a time.16 -

Favorite summer activity is likely why I am here - probably "eating". I am not a summer person. Fall is my favorite. I am not a bright sun, heat, humidity, or water person. So of course it made a lot of sense that hubby and I bought a place in the Florida Keys last year. I think I'm going to need to find a better favorite summer "activity". :P

WOOT! HAPPY Halfway Point for November!!!
Remaining passes: 3
NSV - I now comfortably fit the pants I bought October 2019. They fit me at the time, and then they did not...... Now they do again! Now I want them loose. :P11 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 2 mile walk this morning
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
NSVs:- Able to run a half-marathon
- My knees no longer bother me when I work out
- I have enough energy to front my cover band -- singing and dancing for 2.5 hours is no joke!
12 -
Not sure how 🤔, but I have over 300 cal left 🧐. Well, maybe because I jogged 🏃♀️ (30 min, 9kmh, felt hard, though, dunno why...), biked 🚴♀️ with son (over 1h), played ⚽️ with the kids... However, meals were carbs-loaded, so I might get 🤨 when I step on the scale tomorrow.9

DATE 11/15
EXERCISE Low back exercises 15min.; vacuuming 45 min.: gardening- repotting 30 min.
CALORIES under -2
TRACK yes
PASS 0/3
NON-SCALE VICTORIES- pre-planning meals aids me in keeping track of what I eat
- able to push myself to be more active and achieve it
- easier to move about
- less of my gut sticking out
- feeling I'm doing something to be healthier
13 -
Yes, yes, and yes.
The NSV that comes to mind is how good it feels to be able to wear normal size clothes. I am still amazed when I put on a pair of pants, they just look way too small!12 -
Competition squad was exercise for the day. My hr strap said it was over 900 calories for the 14 rounds and I sat out a few because my asthma was bad. Ate well and all logged. Moved a bunch of my stuff into my old housemates room. Hope to finish that move on Monday.
My nsv this month is being able to move better in normal life. For example it is so much easier to scrub an animal enclosure in a deep squat rather than being bent over or kneeling. On that note, I can do the deep yoga squat with both heels on the floor without falling over now.
For those who commented about not loving exercise, I used to be in that place until I found the right exercise for me. Now although it is often tough I still love it!10 -
I love reading everyone's NSVs!!
My report:
Calories: under my limit

Ditched almost every med I was taking for my back issues and pain has been decreasing
Putting my health and happiness first for a change
