Competition squad was exercise for the day. My hr strap said it was over 900 calories for the 14 rounds and I sat out a few because my asthma was bad. Ate well and all logged. Moved a bunch of my stuff into my old housemates room. Hope to finish that move on Monday.
My nsv this month is being able to move better in normal life. For example it is so much easier to scrub an animal enclosure in a deep squat rather than being bent over or kneeling. On that note, I can do the deep yoga squat with both heels on the floor without falling over now.
For those who commented about not loving exercise, I used to be in that place until I found the right exercise for me. Now although it is often tough I still love it!10 -

Exercise: yes - 2.5 hr hike, about 7 miles

I am working on inspiring my grown kids to exercise and drop weight since both have become now clinically obese being sedentary all summer hiding out from Covid and living off of fattening take-out. One of them at least expressed interest in changing for the better and may sign up for a race next year so she can start training (focusing on improving herself and fixing bad habits).7 -

My NSV - If I am honest with myself, I think my NSV is that I am finally done with being mad at myself for gaining my weight back that I lost back in 2016. I was ONE pound away from my healthy goal weight. I also quit smoking in 2017, which added a few extra pounds which I haven't lost yet either. I know I need to lose weight again and with my degree completely out of the way - I am finally to the point that I am ready to do it.8 -

Got my appetite back under control. It was my emotions. Through meditation & some wisdom from one of the online meditation teachers who went over The Four Agreements, I was able to regain the upper hand
This is a HuGE deal for me. I feel more relaxed, centered, & less concerned for the future.7 -
