My lowest recorded weight was: 148.2 lbs (new!)
My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).
I'm getting so close to my end of year goal weight and a healthy BMI! Only 3.2lbs to go! I'm trying hard to stay focused! Thanksgiving is next week and I'm already planning ahead for it! (I've never done that before.) Wish me luck!2 -
