Today's main meals are pre-logged. Lots of room available for serving-size adjustments, still-unchosen afternoon and evening snacks etc.6

I had the most amazing weekend camping with friends. No electricity or WiFi or cell signal. Just a river to swim in and float on, a mountain to climb, fish to catch, books to read, games to play. We ate lots of delicious food and I didn’t track anything, but it was worth it. We were active enough balanced with resting. I did have a flat tyre but the guys helped out the spare on and I used my insurance benefits to replace it on Monday. I’m not back in logging routine yet, but hope to get there tomorrow! Exercise is all good as its Jiu Jitsu days and we did a yoga session last night as well. Plus it’s work week so I’m active with all the animals.

Walked 105 minutes on the treadmill today at various speeds from 3.0 to 4.0. Also did some planks, although I'm not very good at them and cannot hold them for very long. Baby steps! Lol. Today is an IF (fasting) day, so the kitchen is closed for the day so I can go ahead and post this!

@ginadomaszewicz I usually sleep outside my tent when we camp and on Friday I was lying there when I heard the baboons calling. We had packed all the food in the cars so there was less reason for them to come into camp but I started thinking about what they would do if they did come and found me. I know how painful seal bites can be and baboons teeth look worse so I quickly moved back into the tent. Somehow I was sure the canvas was enough protection. My plan for Saturday was to remove the fly sheet as half of my tent is mesh, so I could be inside but still see the stars. Then it rained on Saturday evening. We did see the most amazing stars in the evenings though.5
