    Today was a struggle. I am so hungry but stayed the course. Thursday will be a challenge because it’s thanksgiving here. No big gathering but hubby and I still plan to fix a nice meal.

    I’m thinking you might have typo’d your weight tho? Last week’s weight was listed at 235.2 and if your had a bad week I’m thinking you might be up a bit? Can you please double check and let me know? :)

    After last weeks gain I'm glad I managed to maintain this week. I had too much comfort foods.. shark week is here and I always go for carbs and sugar during that period.

    It was a typo, I didn't change the weight from last weeks!!
