Hi all! Welcome to December! Can you believe this year is almost over?? I’ve been struggling for a long time, hoping to get things under control and finish the year strong.
I’m Amy and the captain here, please let me know if you have questions or any suggestions for any additional challenges we could do.
We do have an optional daily post to help with accountability. Feel free to do it however works for you but this is the loose format:

I should probably be disappointed to bounce up 1 pound, but hey it was Thanksgiving weekend. The leftovers are gone and meals and workouts are getting back on track.2 -

Have not lost my birthday calories yet, and my having a cold, so not allowed to enter the gym, isn't helping either.
So now i just do the following every day:

- 30 squats
- 20 hip thrusts
- 10 lunges
- 20 bird dog4 -

Day: good day. Good weekend actually. I find sometimes when I start making positive changes in one area of my life it ripples into others. Since I’ve been eating healthier I’ve been much less lazy and getting more done around the house which feels good (mid husband and I can both be slobs so it’s in separate need of a good clean and organize)
