So nice to end 2020 with both old and new faces! 🤗
Careful, y'all, with all the winter moonwalking some folks may start thinking we're werewolves! And to all the walking wounded, may you get better soon - both physically and mentally, as the case may be.
---|---|---|---
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES | 8fit, Upper Body HIIT with Jess (38) TOTAL: 38 min
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES | Base + 330
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES |

Personal Bonus: Did I meet my protein macro for the day (min 40%)? YES | 40% (1 out of 15 days)
Mmmk, so the exercise goal for the next three months - and before my next round of 10,000 kettlebell swings - is Bret Contreras' Strong Curves program which I've been told in the main forums should help me with abs/core goals. However, this book was purchased yesterday and is 815 pages long! I've yet to fully wrap my head around it and all the templates. My first session will likely be tomorrow?!
Finally, as I've done on the first of every month thus far, I'll list my accomplishments. With the help of UAC participation over the past 30 days, I've been able to:
* Lose 1.0" off my waist, another 1.0" off my hips, and 0.6% body fat
* Add equipment to my home gym set up for the first time in almost 2 years (40 lb kettlebell, ab roller, and a set of looped resistance bands)
* Have only one more inch off my waist needed in order to be considered 'healthy' for all the tape measurable metrics that I can find 📏9 -

Rick, thanks for the honorable mention. I may not have made the winner's circle, but November was a good month for me. I did stay on track calorie wise everyday, and actually lost a couple of pounds, not something I was trying to do, I am in maintenance. Now if I can be a bit more consistent with exercise I'll be in the WC this month!6 -
Oh, and congrats to all the Winner's Circle folks, it shows real dedication!5

@Dory_42 Praying for a negative covid test for you!
@Smoda61 Congrats on your weight loss! You and I started the same month, way to go!
@Bill70sStrong Welcome back!
So I am happy to say I lost another 6 pounds for the month of November! Not to bad when you figure I had my bday, Thanksgiving, and my daughter's baby shower all in that month!
I started on MFP on September 21st and lost 6 pounds my first week. Probably due to water weight and reduction in calories from what I had been consuming! I then in October joined the UAC and lost another 6 pounds that month. I went on to join again in November and lost another 6 pounds and here I go for December. I started on September 21st with weight of 149 and I am 5'2 inches, to heavy at 149! In 2 months and one week I was able to drop that weight down by 18 pounds and weigh 131 now. If I can keep my current trend of a 6 pound loss a month I should see my 115 goal by end of Febuary!
Congrats to all the Winners Circle and the Champions! Let's kick some you know what in December! Welcome new members to the group! You are gonna love the UAC and Rick is the best at motivating us all!

I got a used treadmill and stationary bike on FB Marketplace/Craigslist since I don't have a gym membership anymore due to COVID precautions. My husband has lost about 30 lbs this past year and is all about going outside for walks (brrrr in Wisconsin this time of year). I've loved having him bike this summer with me.6 -
Congrats to November winners and champions!!! It truly is an accomplishment especially around holidays and changing seasons.
Yes x 3 for Tuesday
Tracked, on target and did a super fit test during boot camp. The thought is to do the test at the first of every month to see progress.6
