I'm going into the thirties being lost. I noticed there is a chart for goals I want that Down to 175 goal my name WILL be there. I am still in awe of where I am. That being said I just ate 12 black licorice. It has been recorded and took most of my lunch. I find when I eat a better breakfast and I'm good for the day. Pears.......Have a great day! Spent most of week in bed ill. So not even steps at work, never mind exercise. Had coue of weak will power days too.

On the positive side, I forced myself to walk outside despite the cold. But, being cold makes me crave sugar, so that put me on the negative side. However, I walked some more on the treadmill in the basement to try to offset the leftover halloween candy.

@Jen_967 My target is 12,000 sometimes I do less if the weather is bad.Then I try to top up on walking workouts on u tube.If I do a few walks in the day/evening then I can get over 15,000.We don't have a car & try to avoid public transport.Good luck with your steps !1
