Back at work today. Still high staff & student absence so 1year group, with 54 isolating, are being taught from home- I'm teaching my & an absent colleague's class on line at same time!! Both good groups so fun!
Running around trying to catch up on missed work & sorting I would've done last week burned off a fair few cals today, so that's made me feel more positive. Off for early night to aim for another target.2 -

Yes @FLDebbie66 I switched you to Friday weigh ins...make sure you report in this Friday...I put the 163.2 for last Fri.

Walked 4 miles yesterday. Bought a treadmill back during the summer and just decided to use it. I am actually sore this morning 😂. But I felt really good that I did it. My goal is to walk 45 minutes 5 days a week. Have a good day everyone.5

Well, 2 miles today.... not what it was yesterday... but I worked until 5 and came home and jumped on the treadmill. It’s funny how sitting on your butt all day tires you out 😂2

Logged 2 miles today. My calories sucked..... but I logged all of it, which is a win for me because when I usually go over... I try to lie to myself and just stop counting. Now I have decided to just move some numbers around and still make weekly goal3

hmmm, new article on weight loss says you need to burn more than 1000 a week to get positive return, and should aim for 3000 cal a week. Hmm.

Great job logging everything! It's easy to lie to yourself to try and fudge the numbers but that doesn't change what you ate. Being real with yourself is hard but important.2 -
