    Well, 2 miles today.... not what it was yesterday... but I worked until 5 and came home and jumped on the treadmill. It’s funny how sitting on your butt all day tires you out 😂

    @Jen_967 My target is 12,000 sometimes I do less if the weather is bad.Then I try to top up on walking workouts on u tube.If I do a few walks in the day/evening then I can get over 15,000.We don't have a car & try to avoid public transport.Good luck with your steps !

    Logged 2 miles today. My calories sucked..... but I logged all of it, which is a win for me because when I usually go over... I try to lie to myself and just stop counting. Now I have decided to just move some numbers around and still make weekly goal

    hmmm, new article on weight loss says you need to burn more than 1000 a week to get positive return, and should aim for 3000 cal a week. Hmm.

    Great job logging everything! It's easy to lie to yourself to try and fudge the numbers but that doesn't change what you ate. Being real with yourself is hard but important.
