    Some more. Due to make more this weekend. Going to roast vegetables and make some grains with chicken.

    So I made roasted spaghetti squash and topped it with beef Stroganoff and the others with roasted peppers and chicken. I also made a batch of hard boiled eggs and protein pancakes for the kids that I’m going to freeze. Good job me :D
