It was a nice weekend with lots of cold family walks, I ate reasonably but I did not weigh and log my calories. Luckily figuring out how to visit with family for the holidays is involving lots of walking and skiing and a lot less holiday eating.

Went to bed late, but luckily I could sleep in. Eating was okay and I did my workout, finishing week 7 💪, accompanied by my oldest (the smaller boy must be frustrated or something, I guess it's because he isnt getting the moves right). I also found workouts for kids, hope they'll be consistent with that, since winter and lockdown dont go so well, when it comes to walking...3

@IamIamsmakeover Well done! I love hiking too! The time flies by compared to a treadmill, which I refer to as a dreadmill.2
